We will always try to comply with any delivery instructions you provide but parcels cannot always be left unattended ie in the porch or on the doorstep.

We use Royal Mail and selection of carriers, we will automatically select the one most appropriate to the weight & value of your order. Please call before placing your order for more information.

How will my parcel be packaged?

For your privacy, all parcels are discreetly packaged under a plain cover with just our return address – no logo.

Yes, a backing cover is provided with Contact so that it can be worn loose in the cup of a bra, if you do not want to wear it as a self-adhesive breast form.

I have just posted a long question on Chat but it disappeared. I wanted to know the weight of the Contact breastform IS size 05

I did respond . We are so sorry we are not able to weigh the forms as we are working with a skeleton crew and cannot get to the warehouse. You do not say which form the hospital gave you .So I am not able to tell if it will be lighter. the Contact will seem lighter as the majority of the weight is taken on your chest wall and not your shoulder .

Yes it will be the same. the adhesive is a medical grade Silicone adhesive which is part of the form.

 A Sample can be returned but the non Sample cannot so a Sample can be used if you are unsure of your size. It can then be swapped if the size is correct.

I had my breast surgery in 2008 in the UK and as such I am entitled to be exempted from VAT charge. Please help

We do not charge VAT on mastectomy products supplied to customers who have undergone breast surgery, if the items are for their own personal use. VAT zero rating is only applicable to customers living in the VAT. If you set up an account online you will be asked if you are VAT exempt and every time you log into your account VAT will automatically be removed.
