We do not charge VAT on mastectomy products supplied to UK customer who have undergone breast surgery, if the items are for their own personal use.
If you are eligible, under Group 12 of Section 8 of the Value Added Tax Act 1994, please remember to tick the VAT exemption box which you will see at the top of your order process in the checkout page. If this box is not ticked, VAT will be charged on your order at the standard rate.
