You don’t need to register if you just want to browse our website. But you will need to register and set up an account before you can order online. You can either register first, or we will create an account for you when you place your first order. When registering, you’ll need to enter an email address and choose a password – these will allow you, and only you, to access your personal details.
How do I create an account
By registering you can store your personal details and delivery address(es) so you don’t need to re-enter them every time you order with us. And we’ll keep a record of everything you’ve ordered from the point of registration onwards, so you can look up your order history at any time. It’s useful when trying to remember styles and sizes that have worked well for you.
You’ll also be able to access a wide range of services, from product recommendations to special offers just for you. You can track the progress of your orders, change your account details, sign up for our online newsletter and special offers – and much more!
To register, enter your email address and choose a password for your account. You will need to remember the email address and password you use to be able to access your account details in the future. But don’t worry if you forget your password, as we can send you a reminder.
You will also be asked if you would like to sign up for our regular e-newsletter. This is emailed to registered users approximately every two months and gives details of special offers, new products and sale items. Uncheck the box if you prefer not to receive the newsletter – you can also unregister at any time.
Please be assured that the information you provide us is NEVER passed on to any other companies or third parties. We don’t like junk mail either!

Contact Breast Forms: Terms & Conditions
Right to exchange:
It is our usual policy to allow items to be returned within 14 days for an exchange or refund. However, because Contact is adhered directly to the body, we are unable to offer this service for reasons of health and hygiene.
As exchange is not possible, it is essential to ensure the correct size breast form is ordered. If you are unsure of the size required we would recommend that you take advantage of our sample fitting service. (See below for further information). Three month trial period:
Amoena are pleased to offer you a three month trial period with your first Contact breast form. If, after trying Contact, you find it unsuitable or are dissatisfied with it for any reason, it can be exchanged for an alternative Amoena breast form of your choice within three months from the date of purchase.
The conditions are as follows:
1. To qualify for exchange, the Contact must be returned within three months from the date of purchase.
2. If you return your Contact to us, it will be exchanged for an alternative Amoena breast form of your choice. You will not be able to exchange your Contact for another Contact breast form.
3. No refunds or part refunds will be given.
4. The three month trial period is only applicable for your first Contact breast form.
5. Although the Contact breast form is guaranteed for three years against manufacturing faults, we are unable to give any guarantee period for the Contact adhesive surface. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Sample fitting service
If you are obtaining a Contact online or via our mail order service and are unsure of your size, we would recommend that you try our sample fitting service. Remember sizing can vary between different makes and styles.
By selecting this service you will be charged full price for a sample Contact breast form; however, this amount will be refunded to you on return of the sample breast form, if you decide not to go ahead with your purchase. A sample breast form will be sent to you for fitting purposes and should be returned to us within 3 days. You can return your sample Contact breast form in exchange for a different size as many times as you require. Once you are happy with the fit, return your sample Contact to us and we will exchange it for a new breast form. You can also order a sample Contact via our orderline on 0345 434 7334 .
We accept payment via the internet by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta and Maestro. Your account will only be debited once your order has been processed and is ready for despatch. It is completely safe to enter your credit card details during the checkout process. Your details are not sent to Amoena, but to a payment gateway called Secure Trading, a PCI DSS certified payment provider ( click to find out more information about Secure Trading ).
When you select an item, you will see as you select the size whether it is stock or not, we also provide an indication in the shopping bag to see the stock availability immediately: green means we have plenty of stock; amber means low stock.
If you can't select a certain size of a product or it says 'discontinued' this indicates that the item is sold out and no further stock will be received. You can still order certain items that are out of stock and these will be shown as 'Back order' items and we will despatch them to you separately as soon as they are available. No additional postage and packing will be charged for goods sent separately and your account will only be debited for these items once they are available for despatch.
You can track the status of your order at any time by clicking the link 'View Order History' from the 'My Account' section on the top menu. You will also be sent an email to notify you once the goods have been despatched.
If you are eligible, under Group 12 of Section 8 of the Value Added Tax Act 1994, please remember to tick the VAT exemption box which you will see at the top of your order process in the checkout page. If this box is not ticked, VAT will be charged on your order at the standard rate.

Who do I contact if I have a complaint?
If you have a problem with an item that you have received from us then please contact us and we we do our best to resolve this for you as quickly as we can.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve a complaint with you directly, you have the right to refer the dispute to the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution Platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
