Intended Use

Scar compression garments are intended to be used to achieve good scar healing like flattening of the scar, an increase in tissue elasticity and a reduction in scar rigidity through the application of even, extensive and continuous pressure.

In inches your hip measurement will = XS 34-36, S 36-38, M 38-40, L 40-42 , XL 42-45 and 2XL 45-49 hope this helps.
