Please could you tell me how wide the Natura 3S is, compared to the 3E? I have the 3E in a 12 and I feel it is too broad across the base.

We can't tell you how much wider is the breast form Natura 3s as the breast form 3s is symmetrical breast form and the current one you have is asymmetrical breast form so have the extra breast form on the side .
You can always try the Natura 3s and if doesn't fit correct you can always send back .
