Silicone for optimal scar treatment
Silicone creates a moist environment on a scar, which prevents the scar from drying out. It keeps the scar soft and has a positive effect on scar tissue. Our adhesive CuraScar Silicone patches or gel strips come as anchors, mammilla circles, stripes and squares to fit your individual need after breast surgery like a mastectomy, breast conserving surgery and reconstruction or other surgeries. We recommend also taking a look at our CuraSupport Compression bras and CuraScar Compression garments, because combining silicone strips and patches with compression garments has proven to be a successful therapeutic approach to ensure the best possible scar healing.

We do not charge VAT on mastectomy products supplied to UK customer who have undergone breast surgery, if the items are for their own personal use.
If you are eligible, under Group 12 of Section 8 of the Value Added Tax Act 1994, please remember to tick the VAT exemption box which you will see at the top of your order process in the checkout page. If this box is not ticked, VAT will be charged on your order at the standard rate.
