The Amoena Lymph Care Concept is ideal for women who have mild lymphoedema in the chest area following breast cancer surgery. It offers solutions that complement each other and can help contribute towards holistic care.
The CuraLymph Comfort products and some of our bras and tops are designed to prevent blocking of lymphatic drainage which can be caused by pressure peaks or constriction. Together with Adapt Air or our lightweight breast forms, these products are suitable for women with mild lymphoedema.
The CuraLymph Compression products complement our existing portfolio to provide optimal care. Medical-grade compression supports lymphatic drainage by increasing interstitial pressure. This is ideal where lymphoedema has developed in the thoracic wall and/or chest. The combination of external pressure with movement in the thoracic area helps reduce lymph fluid build-up.
We do not charge VAT on mastectomy products supplied to UK customer who have undergone breast surgery, if the items are for their own personal use.
If you are eligible, under Group 12 of Section 8 of the Value Added Tax Act 1994, please remember to tick the VAT exemption box which you will see at the top of your order process in the checkout page. If this box is not ticked, VAT will be charged on your order at the standard rate.

Lymphoedema is a build-up of fluid that can develop in the chest or arm area after breast surgery, causing swelling and discomfort. Our CuraLymph Comfort and Compression products are designed to support lymphatic drainage, reduce pressure peaks, and ease the tightness and swelling that lymphoedema can cause.
Comfort products, along with select bras, tops and Adapt Air or lightweight breast forms, are suitable for mild lymphoedema and work by avoiding constriction. Compression products use medical-grade compression to increase interstitial pressure, which is better suited to more developed lymphoedema in the thoracic wall or chest.
Most items in this range can be purchased without a prescription, but we recommend speaking with your lymphoedema therapist or breast care nurse first to make sure you choose the right level of support for your stage of recovery.
The Lymph Flow Pressure Pad is a small, medical-grade silicone pad that sits directly on the skin, underneath your bra or compression garment. Its textured surface gives a gentle massaging effect that helps loosen fibrotic tissue and boosts the compression effect of the garment worn over it. It's washable and reusable, so it can be cleaned and repositioned for daily use alongside your CuraLymph Comfort or Compression pieces.
Mastectomy products purchased for your own personal use following breast surgery are VAT exempt for UK customers under HMRC rules.
