Purchase an Adapt Air breast form and you can try it for yourself with our two-month trial period. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply return it to us and we will exchange it for a Natura or Essential breast form of your choice.

T&Cs

• The two-month trial period is only applicable when you purchase your first Adapt Air breast form.

• If you are not completely satisfied you can return it in exchange for a Natura or Essential breast form within two months from the date of delivery.

• Amoena will provide you with a partial refund (the difference between the price of the Adapt Air and the replacement breast form you choose). Please note that the Adapt Air cannot be returned during the trial period for a full refund.*

• If you wish to return your Adapt Air you must let us know within 60 days of receiving your order. Please notify us by email ukenquiries@amoena.com and mark the email Adapt Air Trial Period Return. Please provide details of your order number (shown on your despatch note), together with your full name. Please do not include any other personal information in the email such as your address, telephone number or credit card details.

• You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us for exchange. A returns form will be included with your order, together with a freepost returns label. Please follow the return instructions provided with your order and ensure you obtain proof of posting.  Please also make sure that you include your telephone number on the returns form.

• Once we receive your Adapt Air breast form back, our customer service team will call you to arrange for the exchange.  We will need your credit card details to process a refund for the Adapt Air and to take new payment for the breast form you choose to receive in exchange.

*This trial period is offered in addition to your statutory rights. Under the distance selling regulations customers purchasing via mail order or online can cancel their order within 14 days for a full refund. Please note, however, that to receive a full refund, products must be returned in an as-new condition.

Please also note that Adapt Air may be available free of charge from your breast care unit if you live in the UK, are due for a new breast form and had your surgery via the NHS. Ask your breast care nurse for more information.
