I do not believe that there is a difference and I am not sure why you can see two article numbers. the number we use in the UK is 382 only.This product has no reviews in your language, be the first to review this product

I just got my Amoena Contact 3S 382C Breast Form size 10. I’ve worn it all day and it fits and feels wonderful. It adheres to my chest and I couldn’t be happier with its performance. I am transgender.

Je me faisais une telle joie de porter ces 2 prothèses adhésives ; malheureusement je suis très, très, très déçue. Aucune des 2 ne tient, malgré leur nettoyage avec le produit adéquat et la brosse, leur séchage à l'air libre et le nettoyage de la peau avant application, avec le produit qui est conseillé. Ces prothèses sont bien trop lourdes pour pouvoir tenir toutes seules toute une journée. Il faut obligatoirement les placer dans les poches d'un soutien-gorge. Je pleure de déception.
