Intended Use

Breast prostheses are required for visual compensation and maintenance of body symmetry (weight compensation) after partial or complete removal of the breast following breast cancer or other diseases, as well as in cases of breast deformity or involution of the breast.

Yes it is ok to sleep with your breast form on, although there is a Leisure form which is lighter in weight and made from a foam which is very comfortable to sleep in.
