There are no adjusters on the straps, so you either fit it well or not. This is exacerbated because of the S-M-L-XL sizing, which leaves lots of room for error. The fabric is nice and there is potential for this to be a great bra. For me, the straps fell right off my shoulders (and wide straps should not do that).

So far I have purchased 4 of the Linda Bras. They are very comfortable and supportive. Don't know if the channels reduce the lymph edema.

I had a mastectomy and under arm lymph node removal 10+ yrs ago. Mild lymphoedoema began 2 years ago along one arm but also mildly down one side of thorax. Very difficult to find a comfy bra to fit. This bra, though expensive, is great. It offers support and very light compression whilst not cutting in below the bust line. I do need to also use breast extenders because I have small cup size but wide back so, for me, size medium works with added bra extender. At last, I have found a bra that really works for me and is comfortable! Please continue to stock this item.
