The Leisure Form Breast Form offers a comfortable and practical solution for temporary wear after breast surgery or during leisure time. Designed with a modern symmetrical moulding, it ensures a natural look and feel while being gentle on the skin.

Care Instructions

  • 30 °C Hand wash
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not iron
  • Do not dry clean
  • Remove fiberfill before washing
  • Remove the fabric cover from the form before washing.
  • Only clean the foam form with a damp cloth. Do not launder in a washing machine or place in water.
  • Lay the cover flat to dry – do not place in the tumble dryer
  • Once the fabric cover is dry, turn it inside out. Place the front over the form, then pull the back into place.
  • Wash the fabric cover by hand or machine wash with gentle cycle by 30°C.

Yes you are correct the size down would be a 5. I would however recommend going to your local retailer and have a qualified fitter check your bra and breast form size.

Can the 132N Leisure Foam be worn during the ...

Can the 132N Leisure Foam be worn during the day? I purchased one after being fitted for a prothesis; When I got home and took it off to store it, I noticed it had 2 tiny holes inside. Is this the norm?

Hi, Thank you for your question.

The Leisure Form is ideal to wear for sleeping.

This form is not a substitute for a weighted silicone breast form, which is designed for everyday use and provides your body with proper balance.

Occassionally there are some air holes that appear in the leisure form. If you  are concerned at all please return to the place of purchase.
