Is the opening to the pocket full or part of the space. The older Rita bras had a larger opening that the recent bras. With a disabled arm I found it difficult to insert the Amoena pad.

Not sure what you mean by full or part of the space, but the opening for the bra pockets are about 3 inches wide and stretchable, and gets larger as the bra gets bigger.
