I am comparing the Natura 322 against the Natura 397. All I can find is a price difference between the two. Tell me the difference between the two. Is the 397 to be discontinued and replaced with the 322?

Thank you for taking the time to send us an email. The Natura 322 is a Cosmetic form that has a slightly lighter weight than the 397 and thinner design layers with a super soft outer film. The 397 is a standard weight. I hope this was helpful.

I had the 320 but after 3 years, I just recently noticed that it had punctured and is leaking the silicone on the side where it touches my skin. I am now looking into the 322. Is this about the same weight and feel as the 320?

The Natura 320 and 322 are the same weight and feel, but has a different design shape.  The Natura 322 is a Extra design breast form  make for right or left sides design only, not symmetrical like the 320.  I have attached a link to an Amoena article "Breast Form Fit."
