If you have had a recent change in weight and your Amoena beast form is no longer fitting properly, you may consider getting a smaller size. The Essentials breast forms are our base forms that are more of a fuller (thicker) breast form then what you currently have from the Balance Portfolio 283A. The sizing for the Essential is a size 8 or 9, not 8/9, so you would start with the 8 if you need a smaller size or go to a size 7.
