I have a very active lifestyle. I need a form that really sticks to my body and doesn't fall off when it gets hot or I sweat a little. Do you still sell the forms that had the Velcro adhesive?

We do carry a full contact breast form for women with active lifestyles in ours Contact forms or you can make an Amoena nonadhesive breast form a contact with our new product Contact-Multi.  Currently, Amoena does not sell partials or breast forms online, because we understand the importance of getting the right fit. I notice that my bras don't really fit right on...

I notice that my bras don't really fit right on my upper/outer right breat. The indentation from my radical r mastectomy really effect this. Do you have a prosthesis you would reccomned? I also would like to see more bras with the camisole built in as most of the bras just are so low. Your models do not appear to be women that have had radical mastectomies. Please respond to my comments. Erin

Prosthesis recommendation would be one from the balance portfolio. We would recommend to visit a retailer in your area to be fit by a certified mastectomy fitter. We will have newer styles for 2018 that will have the front camisole option.

What do you suggest for double mastectomy, small frame, short. past experience if large cup size then too tall on chest and overlap middle of chest

There are too many determining factors to suggest a breast form; remaining breast tissue, shape, size, etc.  I would highly suggest to visit an authorized Amoena retailer to get a fitting and see all you available options including the correct size bra cup to the correct breast form cup shape.  Read article for further details relate to fit.
