Hello and thank you for your message. So sorry it's taken time to reply, we have had system issues.
Our forms can last many years. Most women will follow what the reimbursement policy is for their province, most provinces offer assistance. Or if you have private insurance, this info will be available upon request.
If there is an issue with the breast form, we do offer a 2 year warranty on them.
