Thank you for taking the time to send us an email. Yes, you should not have a problem wearing the Performance Bra under your rush guard top. One thing, we do not recommend that you wear everyday breast forms for water activities, we highly recommend using a swim form especially design for water activities like the Aqua Wave Swim Form by Amoena. Am delighted with this sports bra, have found the cup size A fits well despite my normal size being B. It is lightweight and cool due to its mesh construction. Am tempted to purchase another colour too. Arrived promptly.

This is very comfortable and a versatile sports bra and would certainly buy another one the same as it is the best mastectomy sports bra I have found yet. Not quite sure how strong the fastenings are in the back and whether they will have the give to last for a long time. Will wait and see.
I have been wearing this design (in black as well as white) since my mastectomy 12 years ago. I tried many other bras by different companies as well as amoena but this is the most comfortable design ever and worked well with breast forms as well as after reconstruction. I hope they never discontinue these because i have found my favourite bra for life
