Sizes 14 and 16 are considered Large; sizes 18 and 20 are considered XL in Valletta Tops.Being a large breasted gal it's very difficult to find a bra that is comfortable. I've bought sports bras, wire free bras, however after a few hours I'm always in pain, no matter the bra design. While bra shopping I saw this camisole and decided to give it a try as it looked like it might be a nice alternative to a traditional bra. I can't even begin to describe how comfortable I am in this top! I wear it at home when I'm lounging, with zero pain or discomfort and it gives me great lift without the straps digging into my shoulders or the underwire pressing under my breasts. I bought more tops in several colors, and these are my go to lounging tops at home. Highly recommend if you are one of those ladies who is always having bra pain and discomfort.
For reference: I am 120 ponds, 5’9”, size 34A, size 2 breast forms, double mastectomy without reconstruction. I bought a size small Color charcoal in this tank. It fits great. Since I am tall and thin, I wish it was a little bit longer and more snug in the waist, but I still like it. I love that I can put my breast forms in it and not wear a bra. I like that it comes up higher on the chest without a cleavage view so I feel covered and confident. It is a little difficult to get off without help. I have the same issue with stretch bras that do not have front or back hooks to take on or off. I feel like I am dislocating my shoulder every time I take it off. With someone helpinf to pull it off, it’s not an issue for me.

Comfortable to wear and also very stylish. It can be worn on its own or under another top. The breast form keeps firmly in place.
I wear one of these tops virtually every day: this one fits well and is soft and comfortable. The pocket material doesn't crease, as some do; and I prefer not to have the diamante 'a' on the back as I feel as if I'm advertising mastectomy wear.
This is beautifully soft and yet very supportive. I feel more feminine and natural looking, it goes well underneath tops or just as it is.
I was a bit reluctant to spend this much on a vest top but the Valletta is totally worth it - super-soft material, subtle tailoring, adjustable straps and a good length make it both flattering and comfortable
I bought these to try and wear breast forms after having BMX. I cannot wear bras as they irritate my scars, even after 18 months. This is great and will accommodate my 'proper' breast forms as well as the M&S ones easily. Love them! I did buy when 20% off as I think they are rather expensive though.

Very comfortable and quality product
Love, love, love these tops. Ideal after mastectomy, very soft and comfy. I'm a size 32A and size 8 fits so perfectly I don't need any extra padding as the cups hold their shape beautifully even after washing (I appreciate I am small busted though). I have had to remove the elastic underband on the bra support for extra softness but only because of where my scar is and even without that, it still fits like a glove. Ideal as an under layer to give me a lovely shape and can also be worn on warm days on its own as a vest top. No one would ever know I was "different". I now have four in various colours and plan to buy more. They are quite expensive but I feel they really are worth it for the confidence boost. So pleased that I was recommended these by a girlfriend.
