Currently, Amoena does not design a self adhesive swim form at this time. If you are in need of a swim form the Aqua Wave Swim Form is designed for daily water activities and hot tube uses; with seawater chlorine resistance. If you are interested in full under the arm, you can order 1 size-up to help fill the desired space. We also carry a Contact-Multi adhesive pad that you can uses to convert your current breast form to adhere to your chest wall. The difference between the Essential 353 and the 356, is that the 356 is the Essential Light which is a lighter breast form design to be 30% lighter than the 353. The 353 and the 356 are Average cup size asymmetrical breast forms; which doesn't offer as much beast fullest as the 3A that you currently have. If you are looking for a Full cup form, then you could look into the Natura Light 3A 373N or the Adapt Light 3A 376.
