After having additional surgery, my other bras didn't work. I was happy to find this one because it didn't put pressure on my incisions and is extremely comfortable! The bottom band keeps the bra in place which is an added feature. I also appreciated the fast service!

Post dbl mastectomy with DIEP reconstruction that failed on one side. I’ve had 5 surgeries since 7/21. Need a wide band so healing incision is more comfortable. I measured my chest as prescribed and band needed is 36-37”. Surgical bras that I’ve purchased seem to run small so I bought size 40-42 hoping it would fit and not be stretched causing pain. The bra band in this style/size only measures 32”. I had to return it. Based on size chart this style bra doesn’t have a band wide enough to fit my chest. Plus I bought expander strip (just in case) but hooks didn’t line up with bra hooks. The cup size was very large also—too large for flap size breasts. This will work if you don’t have sensitive incision at band and surgeon allows you to have compression. Probably good choice for implants.

This bra is very comfortable. My only issue is that the closure area sticks out and is very noticeable through some shirts. I can only wear it under sweatshirts and some sweaters, but nothing like a Tshirt or tighter shirt.
