Recently purchased first Amoena prosthesis. Care and cleaning instructions within the case advise to use the Soft Brush and Cleanser "provided". These items were not provided nor did the fitter mention them or provide advice other than soap and water. Quite disappointing as was an expensive purchase as I also purchased several other items suggested by fitter, such as sleeping forms and bra and pockets etc. The fitter is a major Sydney supplier with 35 years experience. As a first time purchaser any advice would have been most appreciated. I developed a dermatitis reaction to the prosthesis that is quite severe and now concerned that may have been because I didn't have the correct cleaning products. Would you please arrange to send me the cleaning items stated in warranty "as provided". Also am I required to send in registration of warranty or is my purchase recorded at the fitter. Thank you very much.

Hi, Thank you for your question. The Soft Brush and Cleanser are only provided for the Contact Breast Form. If you purchased a different Breast Form (a bra supported form) it can be washed in a mild soap and water.

It would be appreciated if you counld send in the warranty registration please.
