Note : For your privacy, all parcels are discreetly packaged under a plain cover with just our return address – no logo. Orders are sent via Australia Post.

If any of the items ordered are temporarily out of stock, these will be sent to you separately as soon as they are available. No additional postage and packing will be charged where items are sent separately.
Please note that parcels for high value orders over $200 may be sent by express delivery will require a signature on delivery and cannot be left in a safe place.
We do not charge VAT on mastectomy products supplied to UK customer who have undergone breast surgery, if the items are for their own personal use.
If you are eligible, under Group 12 of Section 8 of the Value Added Tax Act 1994, please remember to tick the VAT exemption box which you will see at the top of your order process in the checkout page. If this box is not ticked, VAT will be charged on your order at the standard rate.
