The Amoena Adapt Air are not designed to adhere to the chest wall with breast tape. Our Amoena bras are all design with pockets to hold all Amoena breast forms. We do offer Sew-in pockets.

Amoena breast forms are designed to be used singular or as a pair, but doesn't have to be the same for both sides. Different breast forms are designed to differently for different needs; size, cup, fill-space, etc., so you can definitely use the Adapt Air on one side and use an Natura Xtra Light on the other.
The Adapt Air and the Natura Xtra Light weigh about the same, except that the Adapt Air has a greater fit because of the air pump technology.
