This compression garment is measured with your under bust measurements only:
32/34; 36/38; 40/42; 44/46; 48/50 and 52/54 under bust.
the cup itself will accommodate up to an F cup size no matter what band size it is.

Pamela Seamless Surgical Bra - White & Black. Size 36/38 Who knew the world of the Post Op. Bra was such a minefield! You need the thing, you will be swollen and then you will reduce! What size to buy ... ? HOW compressed .... ? I have gone from DD/E to eventually (once fully recovered - op 31st Aug.) a B/C. Amoena Customer Services couldn't have been more helpful. Initially ordered a non-returnable Bra (which I get) Didn't open it, got in touch, was given options and eventually settled on the above. Deserves the "5" category. I have to keep it on 24/7 for 4 - 6 weeks so bought two to rotate. Easy to put on, comfortable, feel supported (even though I have copious amounts of tape!) I hope I DON'T have to recommend to any friends because that would mean they were sick BUT if I had to, I would - 100%
