The Pamela ZIP-ST-H universal cup is designed to provide optimal support and comfort after breast surgery. The Pamela Post Surgery Bra with Front Closure combines effective compression and secure immobilization to aid recovery and enhance patient comfort.
- Hook and loop fastener flap at middle back to attach to a compression belt with a soft compression strap stabilizer to keep the belt in place
- Medically effective pressure to support lymphatic drainage by increasing interstitial pressure, ideal for edematisation on the thoracic wall and/or chest
- Suitable for breast reconstruction, breast reduction, breast augmentation, breast lifting, oncoplastic breast surgeries
- Front zip closure for easier access to the surgical site with hooks and eyes underneath offering more security, with added zipper protection for extra comfort
- Immobilization and stabilization of the operated breast with special knitting zones in the lower cup area
- Anatomically shaped with strong, stretchable material for optimal fit and compression of the cup area

This compression garment is measured with your under bust measurements only:
32/34; 36/38; 40/42; 44/46; 48/50 and 52/54 under bust.
the cup itself will accommodate up to an F cup size no matter what band size it is.

Pamela Seamless Surgical Bra - White & Black. Size 36/38 Who knew the world of the Post Op. Bra was such a minefield! You need the thing, you will be swollen and then you will reduce! What size to buy ... ? HOW compressed .... ? I have gone from DD/E to eventually (once fully recovered - op 31st Aug.) a B/C. Amoena Customer Services couldn't have been more helpful. Initially ordered a non-returnable Bra (which I get) Didn't open it, got in touch, was given options and eventually settled on the above. Deserves the "5" category. I have to keep it on 24/7 for 4 - 6 weeks so bought two to rotate. Easy to put on, comfortable, feel supported (even though I have copious amounts of tape!) I hope I DON'T have to recommend to any friends because that would mean they were sick BUT if I had to, I would - 100%
