Hello, and thank you for your message. So sorry it has taken time to reply, we have had system issues.
the belly bandage sizes are: S/M (small/medium); L/XL (large/Xlarge); 2Xlarge and 3XL. You would follow waist size prior to surgery and convert pants size to S,M,L etc.
