Why can’t I order breast forms on this website?

Our online product focus is our stylish apparel range—that is, Pocketed Lingerie, Swim wear, Active wear, Leisure wear, and Home wear. We strongly encourage you to rely on the professional services of a certified fit specialist for your breast form needs. They are trained and experienced and can best help you determine which bras and breast forms fit you and your lifestyle. Choosing a breast form is a very personal decision; we think it merits personal attention and an in-store experience. You can find a Retailer using our Store Locator, and we recommend to call before going to the store, in case they like to schedule appointments.

Will you bill my insurance?

No, this site does not process or accept insurance claims.

What is Ship2Home?

Ship2Home is a program feature that allows you to place orders from your local retailer for items that your retailer may not have in their physical inventory. For example, if you visited a local retailer for a red Valletta and they are out of your size or color, as long as that retailer is a part of the Ship2Home program they can order and ship your item to your home.

How do I track my package?

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary shipment carrier.  Please visit the following link to track your package:

Can I cancel or change my order?

We may be able to make the following changes once your order has been placed:

  • Cancel your order
  • Decrease the quantity of an item
  • Remove an item

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been released for shipping, we are unable to make the following changes:

  • Add an item/Increase quantity
  • Change the payment method/Apply a gift card
  • Change the shipping address
  • Change or update your shipping method

How do I manage my account?

You can manage your account by visiting “My Account” to update your contact details, change your password, return items, review order history, and more.

How do I process a return?

Simply login to “My Account”, click “View Your Order History,” then select the order in which you would like to return. Once your order opens, click the “Return Products” box. Just enter the item quantity for the item that you are returning and end your return’s process by clicking “Create Return.” A Return Authorization email will be sent to you with a Return Authorization# (RA#)

How long should I expect to wait to get a refund?

Once your return has been confirmed received to our warehouse, please allow 5 - 7 business days for your funds to be refunded to your payment method. Please be sure to write your Return Authorization# (RA#) clearly on you return package; not doing so could slow your return process.

What is the right bra or swim wear size for me?
