Returns

Return Policy:
All Items ordered from Amoena.us must be returned within 30 days of order date by accessing “My Account.” Items covered by this policy must be returned in new condition to us within 30 days of the order date for this policy to apply. Item(s) must be returned in new condition with all tags, safety labels, any paperwork.  Any item(s) returned in worn, torn, washed condition, or missing safety labels within and after 30 days will not be accepted. Any return received without an B2C-RA# will not be processed and can be subject to returned to sender.

...but in case you need to make a return we offer a quick and easy return process.  Just login to your account, click “View Your Order History,” then select the order in which you would like to return.  Once your order opens, click the “Return Products” box. Just enter the item quantity for the item that you are returning and end your return’s process by clicking “Create Return.” A Return Authorization email will be sent to you with a Return Authorization# (RA#).

WRITE:
Write the (B2C-RA######) on the side of the box; large and clear enough to be seen. The RA# can be found on your Return Authorization email or can be provided to you by contacting us.  

PACK:
Securely pack all returning items in the box and tape the box closed.

SHIP:
Simply use the return address, provided in your email attachment. Take the package to your closest shipping carrier (US Postal, FedEx, or UPS) location for you to process. Please allow up to 30 minutes to receive your email with your RA# and return instructions.

Refund Procedures:
Be sure to write your Return Authorization # (B2C-RA#######) clearly on your return package; not doing so could delay your return process. Once your return has been confirmed received, please allow 5 - 7 business days to complete your refund process. Please note, your refund will not include any original shipping charges. You are responsible for the return cost of your order, we suggest that you use an insured & tracked method to get the item back to our warehouse.
