I have an Essential Light 2S Breast Form. I purchased your soft cleanser, which in the instructions, is to be used on the dry contact adhesive surface only. Did I buy the wrong product? My form does not seem to have any adhesive surface. Please clarify.

The soft cleanser along with the soft brush is to be used on all of our breast form on a daily basis allowing it to air dry (nipple side down). What you are doing is correct, thank you for verifying the best way to extend the life of your breast form.

Why do I have black pellets floating my form?

The "black pellets" you speak about are actually air bubbles or air pockets that have occurred.  This will occur from fling in high altitudes areas like in Colorado are for example.  I have attache an article that addresses traveling with your breast form.
