I am a twelve year survivor and scotch tape is keeping a hole in my form closed. I do not have local access to the forms or the bras. My previous place is no longer in business. My Dr has written me a script to cover both form and bras. How do I place an order?

Thought I’d treat myself to a new breast form as the one I used for the gym had totally worn out, I went for the energy as thought the temperature control would be good for the gym. The only problem was it kept dropping down in my sports top which made me self conscious that one breast was lower than the other, soon solved the problem as ordered a proper sports bra from Amoena which was another great buy and now fits perfectly. All in all another great product which I would highly recommend.
