Description

Our Breast Form Covers are a soft fabric cover for your triangle shaped silicone breast form, if you prefer not to wear your form in the pocket of your mastectomy bra. Some women choose the breast form cover because it feels soft against their skin. Its easy-to-use back is a full-size opening; your breast form fits easily inside. Our breast form covers protect a variety of our symmetric breast prostheses from everyday wear and tear (see list for available styles).

The Breast Covers (160) is only for 2S and 3S forms.  We currently do not offer a cover for 2A forms at this time.

You would order the Breast Form Cover in a size 2X for your 442 Essential Light 2S.  The first number in the cover sizes is the same number size of your breast form.

Answer

We currently do not offer a cover for the Delta Breast Forms at this time. All Amoena covers are made from 100% cotton. The partial forms are designed to be worn against the skin for better results, but you can insert the breast form inside an Amoena Pocketed bra. If you use a pocketed bra to insert the partial breast form, be sure that the cup size is tight enough to keep breast form in place during daily wear.

Previously I ordered a size 3 cover for my size 3 prothesis. I seem tight for the prothesis. Would a 4 be too large?

Answer

If the size 3 that you ordered does not fit well, I ask that you make sure you breast form style number is on the list of forms that will fit. If your form is listed the size 4 would give will give you more room then you would need for all 2S and 3S forms. If you form is not on the list then you would need to order a size up to help adjust for the shape of the form.

This cover is very nice. It has a cotton side that keeps you cool & the other side is a silky side which is nice to slip into your bra.

Good especially for summer/warm weather

The cover helps to keep prosthesis from feeling so warm. The absorbent cotton is worn on the side that would be against your chest. Especially helps if the pocket is made from non-absorbent material, or if you choose to wear it in a bra without a pocket. May run slightly large depending on shape of prosthesis.
