Thank you for taking the time to send us an email. The "S" stands for Symmetrical (Shape) and the number before the letter represents the Cup Form which is how much the form fill the breast area; (1) is Shallow, (2) is Average, and (3) is Full. I have attached and image that helps you to understand the Cup form.

We no longer carry the roll-on adhesive at this time. Depending on how long you have had your last nipple set; most insurance companies will pay to replace them 3 to 4 times a year.
