Job offer: Account Manager

We are a dynamic and innovative company within the medical products industry with a total of 800 employees worldwide. We have 16 sales companies and more than 60 distributors located around the world. 


We are looking for a 

Account Manager, Region Washington DC/ Baltimore or Greater Philadelphia Market

to manage, develop, and grow sales within assigned region  


Your responsibilities:

Achieve sales goals as set by VP Sales

Analyze sales trends and share quarterly findings with management

Grow existing distribution within the territory 

Actively sell the products of the Amoena portfolio 

Identify and develop potential sales and profit opportunities.

Pro-active account management in medical distribution (Hospital, DME, Pharmacy, Mastectomy Boutiques) and Lingerie 

Lead group discussions promoting the benefits of Amoena products; attend and conduct promotions to enhance brand recognition and assure retail sell through

Communicate information on market trends, competitive activity and customer feedback 

Conduct and/or assist with in-services and fitting seminars as needed

Assist with National Accounts in-store promotions

Complete returns authorizations and sample requests for in-house process

Complete other projects as assigned by VP Sales


Your profile:

B.S. in Business Administration or other applicable job-related curriculum

5 years sales experience in DME, O&P, or Intimate apparel industries

Proven sales track record for sales achievement in growth, budget, etc.

Strong analytical skills 

Pro-active self-motivator and Team player

Strong negotiation skills

Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with intercultural experience

Ability to embrace and achieve company initiatives 

Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / Outlook/ PowerPoint)

Fluent in English, Spanish and other languages are an advantage

Travelling: 50-75%
