*at busy periods eg during Sale your order may take up to 1-2 working days ( Mon-Fri. exc. Bank Holidays) for order to be dispatched, due to the volume of orders being processed.

***This is the only delivery option we offer to the Channel Islands.

Please note that parcels sent by faster, express & saturday delivery will require a signature on delivery and cannot be left in a safe place.

We will always try to comply with any delivery instructions you provide but parcels cannot always be left unattended ie in the porch or on the doorstep.

We use Royal Mail and selection of carriers, we will automatically select the one most appropriate to the weight & value of your order. Please call before placing your order for more information.

How will my parcel be packaged?

For your privacy, all parcels are discreetly packaged under a plain cover with just our return address – no logo.

Our popular Frances non-wired bra is available in Blue / White and various other choices. Ideal for post-surgical or leisure wear, beloved by many because it fits so well and stays comfortable. Ultra-soft cotton fabric offers soothing comfort to sensitive skin, while the front fasteners are easy to use, even when your range of motion is diminished just after surgery.

90% Cotton, 10% Elastane

40° Machine wash on a gentle cycle, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron, do not dry clean, Wash with similar colours, Wash before first wearing

I ordered a white/grey on offer and a blue/whit at full price. I am very pleased with the white/grey and I am sure that the blue white/must be just as nice. It is only just now that I realised that there is a price difference. This is a shame.

This is an update to my earlier review. I received an unexpected Royal Mail delivery a few days after posting my first review. I wondered whatever it could be and on opening the large envelope, I discovered a blue/white Frances bra. This is service at a very high level. Congratulations Amoena!

Most comfy Bra ever

Spent 15 yrs trying to find something comfy. Had a bad fall 2yrs ago and burst my implant. 4 surgeries later half a boob one side and a shoulder thats frozen cannot get my arm to the back so front fastening are essential for me. Have 2 of the nude blush pattern and a navy white one keep trying for a grey white but never available in my size. Just ordered another navy white. Would love to see some more vibrant colours deep pinks, purples, turquoise for the summer. Nice to wear sleeveless tops with colour co-ordinated bras.
