Do I have to buy a special form for swimming or can I use my everyday one

We do have a specific form for swimming, the Aqua Form, it's more robust for use in chlorine and has special channels at the back to ease teh flow of water. You can use your normal silicone form though, just ensure that you rinse it well after use in chlorinated water.

I had a mastectomy 11 years ago. I have since worn asymmetrical natura (and sometimes contact) breast forms 2A. Now that I am over 70 my remaining breast is softer and shallower than it used to be and I am conscious that my current Natura 2A is considerably firmer than my own breast. I see that shallower forms are available without the side extension but I really need the A shape as I had all lymph nodes removed. Would wearing a smaller size work. I currently wear a size 38A bra and a size 5 breast form. As I live in a very remote place ( the Shetland Islands) I cant get to a fitter.

I received a 393R09 Natura 2A from the hospital in November 2018, I have now lost weight would like advice on what bra size would fit a size 8? My current bra size is 34F but I would like to go down a size as the prosthesis is now bigger than my real breast.

As you have lost a significant amount of weight you should be able to get a refit at the hospital. then you will be able to get a replacement free of charge.

IIt would be very difficult for me to advise you via email not being able to see you.

I wear the asymmetric form, and have always received one where the narrower but longer piece goes to the centre of my chest. This seems odd, since it is meant to cover up for loss due to lymph node removal. I had a right side mastectomy, which side breast form should I order, left or as I have been doing right?

If you had the breast form 2a RIGHT and the longer side of the breast go in the centre and you want to go under your arm than you will need 2a Left .

1. Do you have soft covers for the prosthesis when worn in the bra? 2. Does the back have some form of cover which should be peeled off before wearing?

Answer

The Natura breast forms can be worn directly inside a pocket without the need for a cover, we do not sell separative covers and this breast from does not have a cover that needs to be removed before wearing.  The contact breast form has an adhesive backing with a cover that needs to be removed before wearing, this breast form has a soft backing cover so that this breast form can be worn inside a pocket.

Hi There is no cover on a NaturaLight 2A this is part of the form. You can wear it close to your skni if you wish.
