How do I measure for a breast form? I was given a size 8 when I had my mastectomy one breast. I then had breast reduction in the remaining breast and now the 8 looks too big. Also what is the difference between the energy cosmetic and the energy light breast form? Thank uou

I ordered this thinking it was like the Comfort Breast Form .. i.e. sticks to the chest, but it isn't. Excellent product and fine if that's what you want.
