I am so sorry without being able to see you it is impossible to tell.
You say the you were wearing a Contact partial form. The Adapt air will not stick to the chest wall and is a full form.
It is unlikely that the shapes currently available would suit you.

We would say to choose a size 10. the fact that your scars is not totally flat should not be a problem as the Adapt air will fill in around it. I this did not prove to be suitable you can of course go down a size and then pump up to compensate.What size should I order to fit 32ff ?

For a 38D you would usually need at size 08. Yes they can be worn against the skin if you wish. there are 2 shapes the 1SN which is a shallow fit and holds most of the weight at the bottom and more pear shaped and the 2SN which is more triangular and has a bit more weight towards the top of the form.

So sorry the Adaptair is not suitable for either of the activites you mention as there is a possibility that water could enter the air chamber.We do have a product that you can use and that would be the Aquawave . So pleased with this really clever design. Much lighter than my aqua wave and more comfortable on my shoulder than any other silicone prosthesis I have tried. It fits all the different mastectomy bras I have bought over the past couple of years but couldn’t quite get a perfect fit with other prosthesis. Worth every penny!

I’ve had this for a week now and it’s brilliant, put in my bra three pumps of air and it was a perfect fit, so comfortable and lightweight, it’s the best prosthetic breast form I’ve had. No slight difference in size, which only I noticed probably, Snapped it up with 40% off. Very happy with it, I highly recommend it. Thank you very much.

I am very impressed with this breast form. The difference in weight has made such a difference and reduced back/shoulder pain. The air pocket makes the fit much better and it feels a lot more natural. I have always been between sizes so this is perfection for me. I am absolutely delighted and would recommend this product.
