Please note that parcels sent by faster, express & saturday delivery will require a signature on delivery and cannot be left in a safe place.

We will always try to comply with any delivery instructions you provide but parcels cannot always be left unattended ie in the porch or on the doorstep.

We use Royal Mail and selection of carriers, we will automatically select the one most appropriate to the weight & value of your order. Please call before placing your order for more information.

How will my parcel be packaged?

For your privacy, all parcels are discreetly packaged under a plain cover with just our return address – no logo.

Our new silicone patches are ideal for the treatment of reddened and raised scars, as well as for the prevention and therapy of disturbed scars. The patches can be optimally combined with the Amoena Scar Garments.

Answer

Hi we would advise that you will need to  wait until your scar is healed before you use the Strips. If you are in any doubt please contact your health professional.
