Go backWe support breast cancer awareness month
Amoena’s new Magenta Love bra will help raise funds for charity Breast Cancer Haven this October.
October is breast cancer awareness month – introduced with the aim of raising public awareness of the disease and showing solidarity with women whose lives have been touched by this diagnosis.
This October, Amoena will be supporting ‘Pink October’ with the launch of a new colour to its best-selling Lara Satin bra collection – Magenta Love. For every Lara bra sold in Magenta Love this October, Amoena will donate £5 to Breast Cancer Haven, a national charity that supports anyone affected bra breast cancer.
Amoena is dedicated to supporting women after a diagnosis of breast cancer and our campaign slogan ‘Be strong, be different, be you’, underlines our commitment to providing comfortable, supportive post-surgery bras that fit beautifully and look great on women of all sizes and ages.
Lara Satin has soft, seamless cups, gentle padding for a smooth look and discreet pockets to hold a breast form or shaper if required. The fabulous hot pink Magenta Love shade is a fresh pop of colour for autumn.
“We’re incredibly grateful to Amoena for their support,” says Sally Hall, CEO of Breast Cancer Haven. “This is such a difficult time for the charity sector, and we need more companies, like Amoena, to step up and make a difference. “
“Breast cancer takes a huge mental and physical toll on the individual diagnosed. Amoena’s pledge will help us continue to support all those affected by breast cancer, who need our help now more than ever.”
