As a global organisation we take human rights very seriously. We have reviewed our policies and processes using the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and we welcome the UK government’s Modern Slavery Act of March 2015, which we fully support. We have incorporated all the relevant clauses into our business policies, conditions of trading and supplier code of conduct. Our human rights policy ensures that relevant training is provided to employees and our global supplier base to enable them to comply fully with our policies.
