We have a great opportunity to join the team at Amoena UK as a Full-Time Customer Services Assistant,  based at our HO in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire.

This is a busy role  and we are keen to hear from driven and self motivated candidates with a passion for sales and delivering excellent customer service at the highest level.

The role involves talking to customers by telephone, email & the chat service offering product advice, taking & processing sales orders and providing customer service at the highest level. You will also be involved in working in our showroom, dealing with customers face to face regarding sales & fittings. The role also includes admin support to our sales team.

You will be assisting B2C & B2B customers with a wider range of enquires and you will need to have a professional, friendly & confident telephone manner & excellent communication skills. The ability to multi-task and work under pressure is essential. 

Previous Sales & customer service experience is required and experience in lingerie would be an advantage.

Full training will be given, however you will need to be computer literate with a good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and be confident in learning new IT systems. We offer a competitive salary package.
