Buying a breast form for me is a big purchase as I'm sure it is for you. I'm a 40B bra - purchasing size 7 breast form on the left. I'm very pleased with this one, it fits so well, very comfortable, giving a good shape and not heavy to wear. I do a lot of leisure walking usually getting hot and sweaty after a couple of hrs. This breast form doesn't make my shoulders ache and I don't feel hot wearing it. A good purchase
