I was looking at the sizes available for the Leyla Bra on the Naturally You website. I measure 35, should I size up (36/38) or down (32/34)? I'll be wearing it post op (unilateral breast reduction) and need advice about sizing please.

The suggestion would be to go with 32/34 band size, you don't want it to be loose.
