We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to allow you to enter your order and credit card details securely. When you place your order, a padlock will appear on the bottom of the screen and the web address will show https:// at the beginning.

Encryption occurs on your PC and is only decrypted once your order has reached our server. At no stage is the transaction decrypted whilst it travels over the internet.

Amoena Canada never passes your details on to anyone else. Cookies are only used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item.

Avoiding fraud: We will never ask you to send your card details by email or by post and we will not ask you to speak your card details over the telephone. If we have a query about payment for your order we will send an email asking that you call us or will call you direct.

2) Functional purposes: We use 2 (two) types of functional purpose cookies to store information that is needed by our applications to process and operate.  For example, when you order a product from our website cookies are used to store the information  from each stage of your purchase (such as your shopping basket and shipping address) temporarily, in order to facilitate completion of the overall transaction or request.

3) Third party cookies: We make social media buttons such as Facebook, Twitter, Google and Pinterest available on our website. Clicking on these buttons will save or trigger cookies on these third party websites.
