Do you send a store newsletter to your customers?
If not, here’s your chance to get started. Keeping in touch with your customers and letting them know 'what’s new' is key to growing your business. A quarterly newsletter is an easy and efficient way to do this. To help you get started, Amoena has created a customizable newsletter template. To find out more and to get started, click here.
To get started, download the Amoena Newsletter Template. Open the file and enter your store and local information in the bold fields. Remember to save the file when you are done. Now your ready to print. Many retailers like to use colored paper such as pink. Now all that’s left is the assembly: staple, fold, label and stamp. Assembly does not need to be an overwhelming task if you have a large mailing list. Divide your list up, work on it when things are slow and mail the newsletters out in smaller batches. An alternative is to email or take the file to Kinko’s. For a reasonable charge, they will print, staple and fold your newsletter for you.
What should you include in your newsletter?
- New Products
- Promotions you are running
- Events you are hosting
- List local support group meetings and times and dates
- Include an informational article or two from TheBreastCareSite.com such as healthy living, exercise or wellness
- Also include any letters or testimonials you receive from customers
Use a central theme for each of your newsletters to provide continuity. Each month TheBreastCareSite.com publishes a new article relating to our featured series. Topics are chosen based on questions we receive from patients, survivors and health care professionals. You may incorporate any of the articles listed on TheBreastCareSite.com free of charge. We only ask that you cite TheBreastCareSite.com as the source. For example, “This article has been reprinted courtesy of TheBreastCareSite.com and Amoena”.
Invite your customers to submit information or experiences they would like to share with other women. Engaging your reader will help you get the most impact of your newsletter.
