AMOENA CHOICE NETWORK INVITATION

In response to our retailer partners struggling under the weight of managed care, Amoena is in the process of expanding the Amoena Choice Network. The goal of this network is to further support you in getting more reimbursement opportunities and therefore help you with your bottom line. There are no risks to opt in, and there are many potential benefits for you (the retailer).

AMOENA CHOICE NETWORK HIGHLIGHTS:
  • For each contract negotiated by Amoena with the insurance company, you have the option to opt in or opt out.
  • You will review the reimbursement schedule prior to accepting each contract.
  • Compare your current contract versus the ACN contract. Determine the better reimbursement dollars and choose the better contract for your business.
  • Product upgrades are allowed.
  • Reimbursement is faster – receive checks 3 times per month!
HOW TO JOIN THE AMOENA CHOICE NETWORK IN 3 SIMPLE STEPS:

STEP ONE: Choose to participate, fill out application and send directly to Amoena Choice Network

STEP TWO: Once your completed application has been approved, Amoena Choice Network sends you the negotiated reimbursement schedule relevant to insurance carriers in your area. Then you (the retailer) choose the plans you wish to participate with.

STEP THREE: Actual servicing of members with Amoena Choice Network occurs by:
1. PRE AUTHORIZATION OF COVERAGE – fax member ID and pre-authorization form to ACN. Authorization is returned within 1 hour of fax receipt.
2. UPGRADES - are allowed under Amoena Choice Network
3. FILE CLAIM – send directly into Amoena Choice Network and receive reimbursement checks 3 times per month.
