Amoena® donates portion of proceeds for the 2006 breast cancer awareness pin “Comfort Here”.

ATLANTA – Amoena®, the worldwide leader in post-breast surgery products, has donated a portion of net proceeds for their exclusive “Comfort Here” limited edition 2006 breast cancer awareness pin.  Approximately $19,000 was donated to eighteen breast cancer organizations chosen by Amoena Territory Managers across the country. The pin was the design of Teaneck, NJ local artist and breast cancer survivor, Cassandra Jennings-Hall who was also featured in the premier June 2006 issue of Amoena Life magazine.   The “Comfort Here” pin was the third design in Amoena’s collection of breast cancer awareness pins that has generated over $35,000 in donations.

Amoena Marketing Manager, Carla Fox said, “Amoena is thrilled to give back to organizations in local communities who embody the Amoena mission -  helping women resume normal lifestyle activities – to restore a positive body image in women after breast surgery and to renew their confidence and self esteem.”
