Job offer: Account Manager
We are a dynamic and innovative company within the medical products industry with a total of 800 employees worldwide. We have 16 sales companies and more than 60 distributors located around the world.
We are looking for a
Account Manager, Region Washington DC/ Baltimore or Greater Philadelphia Market
to manage, develop, and grow sales within assigned region
Your responsibilities:
• Achieve sales goals as set by VP Sales
• Analyze sales trends and share quarterly findings with management
• Grow existing distribution within the territory
• Actively sell the products of the Amoena portfolio
• Identify and develop potential sales and profit opportunities.
• Pro-active account management in medical distribution (Hospital, DME, Pharmacy, Mastectomy Boutiques) and Lingerie
• Lead group discussions promoting the benefits of Amoena products; attend and conduct promotions to enhance brand recognition and assure retail sell through
• Communicate information on market trends, competitive activity and customer feedback
• Conduct and/or assist with in-services and fitting seminars as needed
• Assist with National Accounts in-store promotions
• Complete returns authorizations and sample requests for in-house process
• Complete other projects as assigned by VP Sales
Your profile:
• B.S. in Business Administration or
• 5 years sales experience in DME, O&P, or Intimate apparel industries
• Proven sales track record
• Strong analytical skills
• Pro-active self-motivator and Team player
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with intercultural experience
• Ability to embrace and achieve company initiatives
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / Outlook/ PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English, Spanish and other languages are an advantage
• Travelling: 50-75%
